Bath Potters’ Supplies Logo Design

Bath Potters’ Supplies is a family run business based in Somerset who came to me to create a new strong logo to help solidify their position as one of the most popular pottery supply companies in the UK.

The concept uses silhouettes of pottery making tools combining to create the shape of a pot.  I was very keen to try and get some craft feel or hand of the maker into the branding.  The shapes of the tools together help to give the logo a slightly wobbly hand-crafted look.

For the font I chose Fertigo Pro which falls somewhere between a sans serif and serif font. I felt that it captures both a modern and slightly handmade feel and also somewhat of the spirit of Bath as a city.
